With a BA from Smith College, Idril is proud of lirs academic accomplishments and is committed to using lirs knowledge of diverse languages and cultures to bring a unique and insightful perspective to all that lir does. In lirs free time, lir enjoys nature photography and is always seeking new adventures.

Who am I?

Meet Idril, the founder of Indie Parliament. With a background in Recruiting Operations and Academic Writing Instruction, Idril brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to the table. Lir believes in the interconnectedness of all things, problem-solving, and organization, and lirs passion for design, storytelling, and software development drive lir to make a positive impact on the world.

Idril founded Indie Parliament with the belief that we achieve better when we have people around us who understand. Lirs personal mission statement is guided by values of integrity, respect, and responsibility, and lirs commitment to perseverance and continuous evolution.

Looking to the future, Idril's goals for Indie Parliament include offering online workshops and events to provide continuous professional development, developing a mentorship program to help members reach their personal and professional goals, and continuously improving and evolving the community to meet the changing needs of its members.
